If you're going to criticize, put a little bit of effort into it. Clearly Seal isn't calling out this guy for "calling attention to the fact of death."
Zak is one of my best friends at Dartmouth, so I feel I should say something in his defense... so, um, insert something in his defense here.
He did do DFP layout before writing D opeds and deciding he was a McCainiac. And his overall points are usually valid, even if all his examples are f'd up.
